Many years ago, Rolf Harris sang a song called “Six White Boomers”. It was about a team of kangaroos leading Santa across the Australian outback. When I first listened to the song, I think I imagined the trip as shown in the cartoon here.

I considered it would be extremely hot, rough, disorientating and Dramamine worthy, perhaps even mirage inducing. For some reason, I couldn’t imagine the kangaroos as being all white unless they had albinism. The probability of this seemed rather low to me (yet the likelihood of Santa being pulled across the desert by a team of kangaroos is apparently perfectly plausible), so mine are the colours more likely.
